megs tip trouble ok i have loudmouth exhaust, i order some megs tips and finally recieved them after 2 months and the things slip right over the loudmouth with the 2.5 inlet but they only go in about 2 inches leaving a good 12 inches left sticking out the rear bumper. Anyone else have this problem and what do i do. Any one have some suggestions of what other dual dual tips that are out there that will be an exact fit onto the loudmouth on a TA. Yes the tips from megs were the b style dual dual.
just cut down the loudmouth pipes until the tips tuck nicely under the bumper - a sawzaw or your local muffler shop should work fine. DONT cut too much, just an inch or two at a time until you like the look

But measure twice and cut once. The SLP install instructions tell you to do this if you are not happy with the location of the stock tips.
Shame no one appears to bother ever reading instuctions, although they do often answer questions such as this.
