The EVAP line after the solenoid runs to what looks like another fuel line. This line runs all the way to the gas tank for venting fumes.

You'll notice that the small line (<1/4") comes out of the manifold to a T. The side going back toward the driver side can be capped, the one still pointing at the passenger side will operate the a/c's "trap door" that moves when you switch from defrost to vent to feet etc. You can cap it also if you're not concerned with that.
