how to remove powder coating...
anyways, i have tried dremeling this stuff off for the last hour and not getting very far, there are also crevases i cant get into.. will paint stripper work? or will i need some sort of acid?
by the way, when powder coating, when the electrode line is hot, do not touch the object you are powdercoating unless you like the way electricity feels.. shocked myself real good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
im trying to set up a small business, and i am trying to learn how to do all of this stuff real good.. so far everything has come out looking real nice, its just where i messed up and applied the wrong coating first that messed me up, and to make things worse it was my maf ends.. now they look all horrible cuz i tried to sand it off with a dremel tool, but that takes FOREVER and doesnt work very well..
now i have a horrible headache from breathing in the fumes from the dremel tool (the sanded off aluminum and powder coating)
ugh what a bad expiroment.
if any of you guys ever invest in a powder coater, DONT MESS UP.
