OK, I have a ton of catch can experience.
The best deal is a BIG *** PVC pipe about 2 inches wide and at least 12 inches long. Buy the PVC pipe at Home Depo and a rubber plug (top), brass fittings, and tubing too.
Do not use filters with this - it is not needed. The extra can volume does wonders to mitigate the negative pressure and keep any crankcase oil from getting into the intake.
Make sure your two connections are (i) near the top and (ii) near the middle of the PVC can.
Mount the can near the radiator on the passenger side.
This set up is simple, cheap and VERY effective.
