Small Prob. with Tottle Body port I bored out my tb a few weeks ago, and I have had a small stick at the first press of the throttle. I had the throttle blade in backwards. The samped # needs to be facing forward! Please make sure, those of you that port & polish your TB, that your throttle blade is in correctly. Use the stamped # as a refrence.

What the real problem was is that it was probably out of alignment. When you go to tighten the screws, it's best to lay it down on a table with the screws loose, then get them semi-tight, open/close a few times, and tighten the rest of the way. Make sure you use some blue loctite on those screws. It would really suck to have one......... well.... sucked into your motor. Giggidygiggidygiggidy.

I am sure your right. but it is smooth as butter at this point. Man that was bugging me! I did use the lock tight your talking about. What fuses do I pull to reset computer? Ignition & PCM? what fuse box, front or back? also another stupid question: PCM is not labled that, am I looking for Engine sensor? Thanks in advance....
The two fuses you need to pull are PCM IGN and PCM BATT. I'm not sure if you have to disconnect the negative battery terminal or not but I always do for good measure. Leave it for about 10-15 minutes and you're good to go. I think it's the fuse box toward the front of the car, but I'm not positive.
