c is coil pack, looks to be the one right below your hand. <--wrong, see posts below.

D is alternator exciter wire. You can see the weathertight connector that plugs into the top of the alternator in the pic. You'll need to gut out that connector and re-attach that wire or the alternator will not charge. Casperselectronics.com (sponsor) sells wiring kits with those connectors and guts if you want to buy some for this or anyother time you need one.
E is IAT sensor
F is the a/c compressor plug that kicks it on.
G is plugs into the high pressure switch for the a/c, not the cooling temp sensor on the driver side head. That plug is already plugged in, but brings up another point.
Are you POSITIVE it's from a 2000? I notice the temp sensor is a 2-prong, which I thought denoted a 98 model only (working temp guage). EDIT - Noticed the center bolt valve covers, it's definatly a 99+.

Yes but what if it's a wiring harness from a 98? 2 prong was 98 as you denoted.
