How to install the cable

I was looking into an electric exhaust cutout but I've seen the manual one with the cable. How does that work and where do you set up the cable at?

Try reading guys.....LOOKING INTO AN ELECTRIC!!!!!! Never said anything about getting the manual. I was just wondering how it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!
