Removing passanger side headers.

Removing passanger side headers. Ok how do I remove the passanger side headers most eaisly... I can't seem to find one way to do it. Can someone send me instructions or let me know how I can do this with most ease? I already ruined one spark plug wire so if someone could help me let me knows. Peace.
