TR55 or TR6's will work for your car both great plugs but i like the 55's
The TR-6's are too cold. I put a set in mine gapped at .035 trying to chase down some problems and it ran like ****. Incredibly smooth, but it felt like it was down 30hp. If you've got spray they are fine and offer some extra security, but you don't need them n/a.
The iridiums are fine. Run them with the gap they come with and don't alter it. I noticed no difference from the v-powers to the IX's BTW, so if want to save a few bucks, just run the v-powers at .055 and you'll be fine.
