Anyways, an electric cut-out would be the route I'd go

I want to go out the back with all pipe nothing else and see how it is then make it like a borla if i want to later on. So if you get a loudmouth or a rumbler catback at the shop let me know.

Maybe ill come by on a Friday and see whats new there did Chris ever finish the 67?
Thats cool man. Yeah man im lovin the rims! Yeah august 9th sounds good, just call me or something.

Im actually not gona be working at the shop anymore, I got offered another job that I really excited about and Im taking that, and with school I wont have time to do both.

And no, the 67 is still on jack stands, he figured since we minitubbed and 4-linked it, that it should have a modern front suspensions also, so its got a global tubular suspension and some C6 Z06 Brakes! it looks sick, absolutly sick. freaking 13inch rotor with a 6-piston caliper.

But im still gona loiter around the shop fairly regularly so ill let you know

I had a loudmouth and ended up hacking it for other reasons. I never thoght I was gonna use it again but kept most of the pieces. Long story short. Right now I have kooks stepped headers, home made 3in ory pipe, and most of the loudmouth without the resonator and a borla race muffler after it splits back to two 2.5in pipes going over to the driver side. Believe me, that muffler doesn't do much good, but it does take some of the harshness out of the sound. Still has drone but not quite so raspy

I have the borla, and if you read the thread I just started youll understand more about how I think it sounds. With the one side open it is too loud. It attracts too much unwanted attention and doesn't have a good note to it.

I guess with the e-cutout you will be able to close it off if you want to be quiet. After hearing my car with the one side closed off I love it. I can hear the radio, talk to a passenger, and just enjoy driving the car without listening to the annoying drone and rasp.

well the idea is shot I took it to the muffler shop and once we got it on the lift and got to looking its almost impossible to get the cutout in that spot unless you point the motor down or move it more towards the tip. plus there were some other fitment issues. the guy at the shop said it could be done but it would be more money then i was wanting to spend.
