sticking idle

Please help
I've done a search, read a ton. Now asking for advise

Installed a 58mm holley throttle body
When the cars off it closes fine
When its running to idles at 1500 rpms
The blade doesnt close all the way
I've slotted the throttle postion sensor....... no luck

HELP!

might try posting in the PCM section. 58mm tb, I assume this is an LTx application.
