LTs/ORY/Magnaflow Catback??
I have pace LT's, ORY, and Magnaflow and it sounds really good especially w/ my cam. When my car was stock and the first mod was magnaflow I was a little disappointed w/ the volume but it's plenty loud now (not quiet by any means). Besides if I want insane loud I just open my cutout.
Sounds like magnaflow has my vote 
Ill talk to the shop about getting those points welded, also i am probably ordering this pacesetter coated LT/Y package from speedinc. Will that Y be the tinny raspy producing sound kind? HAHA

HAHA i just remembered that i have a quarter-to thumb sized hole in my pipe where the hanger used to be on the pass side before the muffler. that would explain the high rpm rasp, lol!
definitely look into getting it welded. with my setup i had my over axle pipe break loose and the car was LOUD but sounded like **** so i had it welded to the muffler and it sounds a lot cleaner than before it broke loose. you wont be dissapointed with the sound at all trust me.

Just ordered my magnaflow after looking at all of the competition. I will be putting it on my stock 97 T/A soon and will post videos. I can't wait till I get Longtubes some day. Muhahah

Thanks man, yea I was running an SLP LM system prior to the magnaflow and although it sounded mean as hell it would give me headaches driving in the car after like 15 mins and was really raspy and unrefined. The magnaflow changed that completely though and I absolutely love the sound, couldnt be happier with the magnaflow. The cam is pretty big beinga 232/238 but its got tons of lift at .640/.615 on a 112lsa so it has a nice rough idle and great powerband. I would have made a ton more power if it wasnt for my shitty flowing stock 98 heads, they are soooo bad.
