Get Stage 8 locking header bolts. that is a good investment so that the headers will not come loose.

The stage 8 header bolts are a waste. It's a royal PITA to put the locks in, and it's a HELLUVA lot easier to reach in an re-tighten if they should ever come loose, which they probably won't.

I put a set in on an install I did, but we decided not to use the locks because they are a bitch. The guy hasn't had any problems in over a year. I've removed and re-used my stock bolts about 10 times, no problems. You should also use anti-sieze on them.

I used the Percy's seal-for-good gaskets, and they work BAD ***. Better than the OEM's, but the OEM's are fine, even re-using the stockers.

I used the stock manifold bolts. ESP recomended and said they would be fine.

Just had to check them every hundered miles or so. after about 500 miles, they settled in there.

I have a small header write up on my cardomain page.

www.cardomain.com/id/35057

EDIT: Spray all the exh bolts w/ soem brake-free or WD40 first. It'll save headaches. I had no problem gettign anything off. well, the car only had about 25 on it at the time. 31K now.

Might want to do the plugs as well if you havent had them changed in a while. Its a lot easier with the manifolds off.

a 12pack of beer comes in handy as well.
