What would i gain with a FAST 90/90 setup

Mods in sig,puts down about 415 rwhp right now.would would i roughly gains with a fast 90 setup.thanks

Not over an LS6 on a cam-only car, MABY over an LS1 intake. I noticed NO SOTP when I put my 90/90 on.

Do a search, this is gone over constantly, there's at least 3 threads going on right now.
