Throttle cable adjustment (for non TCS car)

Throttle cable adjustment (for non TCS car) I have a bit of slack in this cable...I've seached and everyone is saying there is an adjustment in the middle of the cable, well I cant find it.
Is it a different setup and way to adjust the slack on a car without TCS?
If I need to remove the clip running into the firewall, how do I get that out?

Hey dude I got the same problem. Tried posting this issue in different areas on this site. Dirty s.o.b.'s. Most guys that have this problem have the tcs. So that don't work. you try lookin' up old threads. I'd love to know. The dealer told me to get bent.

Are we the only 2 wihtout TCS, that want to tighten the Throttle cable???
I dont have it either.What i did was put like 8 little split washers on the cable behind the gas pettle and crimped it with some pliers .I took like an inch of looseness out.I left just a little slak still.What a huge difference on throttle response,plus i did the ported throttle body at the same time.Felt like i put 20 hp on the car.
