these look like qtp but cheaper

these longtubes look exactly like qtp longtubes, they even look like they have the hvmc style, and these are stainless steel, would these give as much power as qtp, please dont just say no just because they dont have the qtp stamp.

Not stainless steel. They are ceramic coated. And yes these are well known headers. Many people on this board have them. Do a search for pacesetter headers and you shall see...
