Help with my throttle body Hey guys, I own a 99 camaro z28. I have no mods done to the engine yet but i'm about to get started. I want to buy a MAF sensor and a throttle body. It will probably be a while before I get a new intake manifold, so I was wondering what size of a throttle body should I buy? Thanks

There is really no point to touch the stock maf unless you are seeing upwards of 500hp. However, there are good throttle bodies on the market, but I really wouldnt buy one for a first mod. Do you have a lid and/or catback (cutout)? I would do that stuff first.
Personally, I am building the suspension before I break into the engine (bolt-ons included).

with those mods you should definitly just port the throttle body and leave the MAF alone. Just put that money that you didnt spend into underdrive pulleys for a couple extra hp.
