quieting duals i have the texas speed with spiral flows...extended to the rear
pacesetter long tubes...as well
would cats make the exhaust quieter???
neighbors are complaining about the noise
any ideas would be great!

I just had some true duals custom fabbed up with cats and magnaflow bullet mufflers. It sounds good and really is not that loud. IN fact when I started up the car for the first time I was shocked to hear how much it was tamed down from my loudmouth setup. But it still sounds mean when I get on it though. So I would say that cats would most likely quiet your system down. By the way I am running magnaflow cats #94109.
