I think I've seen a few people do it.

Someone with a lot of money needs to buy 2 GMMG's and make a custom catted true dual set-up with them.

Youuuuu ranggggggggg?

What do you needs to know? I put cats in my TD system to make it quieter, it sounded badass without them. I was tired of blowing my neighbors ears out lol.

not to hijack the thread, but exactly how quiet did it make them? did they still sound badass? i really wanna get true duals one day, but i think NJ only does a visual and no sniffer for OBDII cars, so it may be gutted cats for me

Go to a private garage, some places usually turn a blind eye to things like that... Make no mistake tho, if you go to state facility, even with gutted cats, you may succeed with visual, but they'll fail you for loud exhaust. Good luck.

I'm not sure how much quieter it made it with the cats, because I put the extensions on at the same time. I figured it would be better for me inside the car with the extensions, but probably still too loud outside the car. I wish I could have done the extensions first and put the cats in later.

I want some catted duals... is there anyone that produce them or is it just custom-made?

How long after the headers could the cats be to be functional?

yea but was it still that same badass tone? or was much of the TD sound lost? i'm a big fan of cats on a y-pipe setup because of the rasp, but with TD's they sound awesome without cats. i wouldn't want that sound to be lost

plus i'd have to buy those damn expensive bullet cats if i wanted ground clearance...$$$$
