Hey guys,

Has anyone converted an LS1 with electronic throttle body back to a cable setup (eg FAST or LS2)

What "hardware" do I need and what PCM mods would I need done?
I presume Id need to load a different OS but Im not sure which one and my workshop hasnt done this before.

Hoping to let my unopened engine breathe a bit better

Any help would be REALLY appreciated guys

The cable driven TB's won't make it worth it from a flow standpoint. The LS2/LS7 TB is 90mm and electric.

I was also told that the LS2 TB won't "talk" to the LS1 PCM.... therefore Im in a bit of trouble

They have converters and what not, do a search. I believe Speartech or Katech might have them.

Thanks mate,

I'll have a look for them. Im in Australia with an LS1 in a Holden so I was hoping there was something I could rig up "over here"
