Default fiiting blew with or without block-off plates?

I have pacesetters with air and egr fittings. I am interested in the people
whos fittings blew off. Did you have block off plates or not have them?

I didn't vote but I do have a similar problem. I have the Coated Pacesetters with out air or egr and mine blew a weld out where the the #3 primary meets the flange 1 month(200 miles) after I installed them. You can't beat pacesetters price and fit, but I think they are having quality control issues with their welds. As I have seen numerous threads like this.

Needs to have another option that says.. "My fittings didn't blow off at all", because it would constitute about 99% of the people who click this thread.
