Default Stock Manifold problem...

Ok, so while in the process of taking of the stock cats from the manifolds, I broke all 6 bolts. Is there any good way of taking these bolts out?

I'm doing this from the bottom of the car (I want to drill them out), however...I just took it into Midas and they said it would cost 600 bucks to drill 'em out.

Sounds like a rip off...but then again, I'm running open headers (which to me can cause even more problems, not just with the police), so I want to put on my new cats as soon as possible.

Any suggestions?

I always use PB Blaster, wait a couple minutes, and then get them off with a 1/2" impact gun. I've only ever broken one bolt one time and I take a lot of exhaust bolts off.
