Header install ?

Header install ? I'm going to install my Pacesetters LTs and my TSP TDs w/ Sweet Thunders this weekend 
and i was wondering how would you compare the sound of that setup to a stock SS with a cutout? Also is there a certain sequence to torquing down the header bolts, and do i need a torque wrench?

no torque wrench 
unless inchpound is used ,still its not needed .tighten them equally with a wrench its aluminum so be easy when starting and threading in . also put some antiseaz on the tip of each header bolt so if you ever take them off it wont become a nightmare. anytime steel meets aluminum use antiseaz or how ever its spelled .

As stated... use antisneeze on the bolts, tighten from the inside out (heard that from another guy years ago, I did it and it's worked for me, so why not?), and it'll sound 10x better than what you've got now, first startup is the best

It would be a wise investment now to get some polyurethane motor mounts, trans mount, torque arm mount {get all at once so they wear together},plugs and wires, new gm stock exhaust manifold gaskets and bosh pn# 13111 o2 sensors . If you use the stock bolts or any non locking type bolt recheck the bolts after a few heat cycles then check say every oil change just to be sure they dont loosen up and fall out . It would suck for you for your headers dragging sparks down the road with no bolts to put back in . Check with the engine cold so you dont burn the hell out of yourself and strip the delicate aluminum threads out.
