throttle body insert

i heard the throttle body inserts make a good difference does anyone has this mod??

I cant say if its worth it or not but they've been around for years and I've never seen one ran before. So that tells me no.

or you can save money and go get some coarse grit sand paper and do it yourself... if you have a dremel get some of those sanding drums..

You'd have some sore *** fingers if you sanded the whole thing.

I knocked down the major part and sanded with some 220 to make it nice and smooth and my fingers were done for.

who doesnt get sore *** fingers when you do anything involving working with your hands? its good to have air tool/dremel but if ya dont you gotta make do...
