where can i buy an electronic cut-out... local muffler shop in sacramento doesnt even noe what im talking about...

Which shop is Sacto did you go to? I'd reccomend going to Muffler Tech on Madison. They know their **** and they've welded on a cutout for me. Install the electronic part yourself though. You will have to order the electric plate online, then take it to them and they will weld on a cutout wherever you please.
