Exactly, they will warranty the entire system but not just send you a part of it that you want/need. It sucks but send the entire system back, get a new one, then have it re-installed.

I just got done installing Mac mids and the Mac ORY mated to a Magnaflow catback. My first impression on startup was "frickin' sweet!" Then I went for my first drive and it was raspy as hell! I didn't like how my car sounded one bit. But, the more I drive it the more I like it. I'm able to spin the tires under certain conditions where I was unable to spin them before. The extra power makes me forget all about how it sounds. I'll be going out to the track this friday to see if my times are any better.

I have a magnaflow and am going to go with Pacesetter or Kooks LT's and a ORY.

To me it will not be that loud. I have been around cars that at idle are louder then mine at full throttle and they get noise polution tickets a lot so I compare loudness to those cars.

I think you will be ok untill you start messing with XR-1's and all.

I guess, but it seems a bit overkill to to send the whole thing back when all I need is a tail pipe. Besides that I dont appreciated the guy treating me like a moron. I guess you had to be there to understand how shitty this guy talked to me when all I wanted was some answers.

Hey man, yea I hear ya I hate when people do that **** so I understand being pissed but I am pretty sure they need the whole catback back regardless, which sucks. My buddy had his borla fall apart and then forced him to take the whole thing off and send it back but he did get a new system.

After I told him I bought it from Byun Speed, had it installed at Creation Z (local shop) and it had only been on for 10 months his knowledgeable idea was take it back to the shop and have it welded. NO ****!!!! I never thought of that ! After I let the dude know what an idiot he was he said I could return the entire exhaust. ITS JUST A TAILPIPE. I told everyone in line not to waste their money and left with the guy cussing at my back. I hope that guy was just some local they hired to work the tent. Sorry for the rant.
Same thing just happened to mine. I've had it for 3-4 years and every year that clamp would slip down and vibrate on the torque arm. Nows its tearing loose from the tailpipe and leaking. Looks like I'll try to have it welded tomorrow. I'm not going to sent the whole thing back.
I like the exhaust but this is a hassle.
Also get band clamps, the muffler clamps that come with the catback leak.
