what is this??!! I notice when going down i notice this sound/vibration. When i give it gas the noise gets faster whmm, whmmm, whmm sound(sorry cant explain the noise no other way) and when i let off the gas it slows down. only does it when getting around the 2200 rpm range or so. is this the exhaust system? I know my TSP y-pipe is really really close to the torque arm. Didnt seem to do it until i got my hooker catback system but anyways. can you guys help me diagnosing this??? thanks
is it pretty much only in 1st gear at low speeds? ie parking space hunting in the lot?

Ahhhh ... the infamous 2200rpm 3rd-gear-only A4 vibration - do a search in the auto forum - you'll find a lot of discussion and commiseration from fellow sufferers, but not many answers.
