Default FAST90/LS2 TB problems Help?

Installed the manifold/TB yesterday, and when it started, went right to WOT. I used a conversion harness that only will plug in one way, so that shouldn't be an issue. One of the injectors leaked at the fuel rail cup, and that's when I remembered I left a plastic cap on the rail when I disconnected the fuel line. DOH! Took the fuel rail off, and put back on the old injectors, because the Racetronics didn't look too well seated in the manifold. Hooked everything back up, and no start, not even partial. Any suggestions on what I may have F-ed up?
BTW, it ran for only about 2 seconds, when I first fired it up. (immediately to WOT) But with the plug in the fuel line, how did it start at all?

OH yeah, what does this thing do?

It started because there is still fuel in the rails when you shut the car off. As for what is going on, no idea.

The piece circled in your pic is the fuel pressure regulator.

its not the regulator its a pulse damper im having the same problem with a 02 zo6 fast 90 w/ ls2 tb and harness adapter, the throttle blade is at 20% when in closed position, when it starts it actually opens backwards to the stop and revs to about 4k
does anyone have a solution???

update to cap off this thead....found the problem, the bottom of the fast intake interfers with the factory valley cover bolts, especially with aftermarket or milled heads, i pulled the manifold and found about six spots where the manifold is broken.
