Weird spark problem!!

Weird spark problem!! Well it’s hard to explain but I’ll try my best.
I have LS2 carb + MSD 6LS on my C4, car started and was running smoothly for 2 days but after I installed LT headers car didn’t start, there was no spark except cyl #8, here comes the funny part, when I remove all the plugs from the heads and the engine is cranking freely I get spark for all cyl’s so I tried to install plug by plug and check if there is spark, first and second plugs were installed randomly in any cylinder the spark was fine but when I install the 3rd plug (any cylinder) I couldn’t get any spark except cyl #8.... new plugs (TR55’s) were installed, MSD disconnected and reconnected and the car did started but next day I faced same problem
. What could be the problem? 
I’m using 5.3 coil packs and oem wires.
