Its signs of getting ready to overheat... try the simple stuff like a new cap, etc... Or maybe the water pump but those usually leak 1st though.

Be sure you got all the air out of the system too, and the tstat is opening, fans coming on...Is it showing overheating on the gauge?

Tstat is opening, fans are coming on. Only time it overheats is when fluid is low or out

everyone I have talked to says that it sounds like the head gaskets. Maybe there is a coolant line being blocked and that is making the pressure build up and erupt? Either way this is all I could come up with. I know for sure it dosent need to be burped.

Well, thats going to suck if its your head gaskets are on wrong.. So, T-stat is opening, I guess you can see the water pump is working as the fluid is coming around in the radiator.. correct?

Turn your heater on, just to get bubbles out of those lines too..

Think it could be the coolant cross over pipes under the intake?

Man I hope thats not the case! I talked to a GM tech today and he told me to check the coolant cross-over pipes under the intake manifold.

Check and make sure you have the lines correct on the water pump. There real easy to confuse then, Fill the block befor you fill the radiator. Just take a pice of rubber hose place ut on the intake of the water pump and pour untill it stops. Then fill the radiator. That should get rid of your air pockets

All the mechanics I have talked to say different things. But my buddy is a mechanic and the guys at his job say that it could be the coolant crossover pipes. What do you guys think?
