Default Should I stay w/ y-pipe?

I have a 2000 Formula that will see very little street maybe 10-15miles a month. It is 6.0l iron block 370ci solid roller. It is going to be a nitrous car. I am getting the Kooks 1 7/8 stepped to 2inch to 3 1/2inch. They y that goes with this is 3 1/2 inch to either (my choice) 3 1/2inch out let or a 4inch outlet. My question is, would turndown w/ bullets be the best choice or could I get the same times with a full exhaust.
