Most ogf the agressive cams like high revs, that means heavy breathing, so ideally good intake, exhasut and everything in between such as heads.
The MS3 is a high revver and will not suit be suffocated.
However it would not be harmful or damaging just a total PITA.
The TR Cheater cam can make good power, but it is quite tame by comparison of most, if you plan a more wild setup later on it would mean replacing it.
Why can't you run LT's? If you run something like Pacesetter Lt's and TSP catted Y pipe, it will still be fairly quiet, well no louder than it is at present. Plus it will still pass a sniffer test.
If noise really is an issue then get an extra bullet muffler, from like Magnalfow for $60 and have it welded into the I pipe as well.
Personally I wouldn't waste time and money on a wild cam, without having sorted the breathing of the car out first. What mods do you already have, as there are plenty of bolt on's which may make a bigger difference than a compromised cam choice.
