they are stepped 1 and 3/4 to 1 and 7/8 with 3 and 1/2 colectors they are a race style header so they have no a.i.r. tubes on them so i removed the a.i.r. system off the car i also removed my e.g.r. system i have o2 sims in the back. the vehicle needless to say has egr and air codes but it runs horrible it spits sputters misses and boggs i cleaned the mass air flow sensor with the special cleaner and it runs so much better i also checked my plugs and my wires i am wondering if anyone has any other advice fotr me if your advice is tuning please let me know what to tell the tuning person i want done to ensure i get exactly what will make the car run correctly any help is appricated thanks!!!

It's almost got to be plugs or wires. Removing the EGR and AIR shouldn't affect drivability. Maybe you cracked a spark plug when putting the headers in.
