I have headers with true duals, dumped, and I just got mine done, Off of Indian River road right next to Cottmans Transmissions, I drove it in the shop and he was more impressed than anything else. But it does kinda help that I am related to the Owners of Cottmans, So more than likely I just got a hook up. So I Believe it is who you know and how willing that person will be with it.

Here in the Communist-Wealth of Pennsylvania, we have a visual check on all exhaust components. Some shops are by-the-book, and some are pretty lax. Just find a shop with some good-ol boys working there and bond with them about muscle cars. That's what I did, and now they hardly even look at my car. Avoid the franchise places like Pep-Boys, Midas, Sears Auto,Ect. Stick with the smaller shops that are a little ways outside of town.
