Speed Reduced???

Hey I just put on my LT's and TSP Sweet Thunder series mufflers. And I was wondering, it is not picking up the speed that it use too.. Is it because I need to either put o2 sims on it or get it tunned and deleted. I plugged the Air EGR Off.

But by the way, that exhaust is F****** awesome. Sounds rad.

Hopefully you can help me out.

Oh By the way, After getting the stock emissions off, It was a breeze putting up the headers and stuff. Did not have to pry or pull and thing, they slid in like butter. PROPS TO THE Pacessetters!!!!

What do you mean its not picking up speed? Most of the time with LT's your going to loose a little bit downlow, but the gain up top makes up for it.

I mean it just seems a little slower than usuall. Will I be able to tell the difference up top. for more speed??

its all subjective. have you ever raced your car? to get a baseline? It may not feel as fast, but it could be faster..the *** dyno usually isn't at all acurate. Some cars that get lt run really rich..negating the gain from the headers. o2 sims will NOT AFFECT POWER! i'm tired of people putting that up for a reason of thinking that they lost power after lts.
