Hey man i had the same problem with my jet hot lt install but mine was on the pass. side back bolt but it was hard as hell to get in but it took awhile. I dont know if the the header didnt line up with the the hole or what but i was afraid it would pull my threads out but i got it in. See if you can find a bolt that has the same threads and see if it will go in if so get a new headers bolt. A egr or air bolt will go in .

What I did when I couldn't get that last driver bolt to go in was I took all the bolts out.

Put the first bolt in just enough to hold the header up, then get the last one in. Just be patient and dont let it get to you.

welcome to what happened to me last week. I had to find a shop that would install it. after 8 of them I found one. I ended up paying a **** hair under 500 dollars for them to reinstall my headers, because they were leaking so bad and they also welded my ORY to my SLP LM catback ( which sounds like crap BTW). anyways long story short, they had to use studs on the drivers side last bolt because he other bolt wasnt going in.

So the 12 hour day I wasted installing the headers myself was a waste, cuz I could have just payed the shop and got it done without wasting time.

Anyways Im gonna take a break and do my cam install a bit later than when I expected.
