Default Expected HP gain

What kind of HP gain can I expect getting SLP long tube headers and SLP high flow cats. Right now I have a flowmaster cat back exhaust. Also, will it be louder?

I have Kooks not SLP's but I went from 303/318 stock to 329/340 with the install of LT's and a Catted Y. Mine got louder with a deaper sound.

I'll let everyone else rag on SLP LTs.

While I too think there are better headers out there, it was one of the most enjoyable mods I have done to this car. The sound of headers is very, very nice. I'd also say 15-20 HP max.
