TSP y pipe problems

TSP y pipe problems I recently installed my pacesetter longtubes and the catted y pipe but for some reason i have horrible ground clearance. I was just wondering if the pipe isnt on perfect or if the y pipe just hangs that low. Im at stock height by the way and i wanna lower but with the pipes like this its almost impossible
Here are a few pics there not that great but the distance from the pipe to the ground is a little under 4 inches.
