Exhaust is done I got the headers in the other day and today the Y pipe went in. Headers are XS stainless headers better known as the Ebay headers. I had to trim the corner on the block on the drivers side of the engine. I didn't have to knoch the K member I have about a 1/2in clearence. I used TSP Y pipe, it rubbed the floor board on the drivers side. So, I cut the end off for the left side of Y pipe and reangled it and welded it back on. Fits perfect now. I also had the Air and EGR tubes cut off and welded over, can't even tell they where ever there. While I have the front of the car apart I also installed the SLP flow pac. You can really here it sucking air now. I still need to get a tune. I can't wait to put the front end back on to take it out for a spin now.

I thought the XS headers only came with emission provisions, so how did you remove the EGR and AIR?
