? about NW 90mm TB...

? about NW 90mm TB... Ok, so I know the NW isn't supposed to have sticking issues, but I think mine may. Once I rev the car up or get on it, then the idle all of the sudden seems to hang up high and won't come down and it drops from ftc 19 to like 9 or 13 and tps shows higher %. If I push on the throttle blade it doesn't really move, but I just put pressure on it and it'll go back to normal idle, so what the hell can I do to fix this? Thanks for any help guys!
