i can respect that.. there is also the posiblity of modifying your stock valve covers. i thought about having the ridges welded in and then painting my valve covers, but i just went with painting them.

Yea thats where I'm at now. Painting the stockers. As much as I want to, its hard to justify the money on a freaking valve cover. I want them but that is go fast part money. Its a dilema. The engine really does deserve better.

Speed inc sells a set and for less money Chrome and Performance (Firehawk#608) will polish the stockers.

I'm not good with paint shop either but I was wondering what a set would look like with 347 cu in on them.

They were so warped, you could rock them back and forth on a flat surface.
Still waiting to see how they handle this since they are $400 valve covers!
Your friend didn't tell you I refunded him in full?

sorry i just had to say something about that

btw these katech covers may have also solved some of that oil into the intake issues we all have since they are so tall its hard to get oil directly into the line, but since not too many people fork out the dough, you'll never know till you try it.

I'm a fan of these, but I'm kind of an old school guy:

Most likely very pricey----but there's a set on ebay right now going for $157.......

The place in Canada is the company that actually makes them for Nasty Performance. I got mine from them directly.
