C5 Exhaust and Air Cleaner I just traded my 1989 Mustang 5.0 for a 2001 C5 Corvette in June and would like to change the air cleaner and exhaust. I have searched and found there are many options, but I want performance and sound. I would like a rumble at idle and attention getting sound when opened up. The car has a six speed manual and is a convertible, although I am told this makes no difference. Thoughts from other corvette owners? I might add the mustang was a fun car, but the corvette is light years ahead as far as technology goes.
