Default 90/90 on a SI motor??

I currently have a FAST 78mm intake on my SI motor and am trying to break records with it. If i bolted a FAST 90/90 on the car would it pick up any or would it screw up my fuel trims? I have edit so that can be fixed, none the less i dont want to do the work if it wont make much difference.

Thanks for the input, Sam

To optimise any change a tune will always be the best bet. Having said that I doubt you'll see any real gains going to a FAST 90. The FAST 90 really shows up it's potentail in the higher rpms (5500rpm+) so if you still have a stock cam and heads I doubt you'll see much improvement.

From the dyno runs I've seen, the LS6 will normally match the FAST 90 upto around 4000rpm or so, even on cammed motors.

It might be worth having a word with Tony @ AFR, he ports the FAST 90 and claims to have seen good mid range gains by doing so.
