Default Whistling Noise

I have a "whistling" noise, best I can describe it, that I can hear inside the car but can't hear at the engine bay. It goes up and down with RPMs and stops when I depress the clutch as when coming to a stop or slowdown. It's not a whoosh or sucking sound that I get with my FIPK, but rather like someone is whistling. Any ideas???

did you just notice it? if so, did you just put a lid or CAI on? those can whistle pretty good.

my car is doing something pretty similar, but the sound is coming from the speakers. Apperetnly my problem stems from faulty ground wiring in the sound system, or my monsoon amplifioer.
