Vacuum Leak? I took the manifold off our LS7 project car to paint it. Removed the injectors, gaskets etc. Now I can not get the car to run correctly and it looks like the MAP sensor is confused. I am getting ~-7 psi with a very unsteady 1300 - 1500 rpm idle. I reused the gaskets and o-rings because the engine only had about 5 mintues of running time. This car has no vacuum lines except to the fuel pressure reg. Do I need sealer on the intake bolts? Is there a trick to installing this intake I missed?
