need help on decision

what would be the best bang for the buck?? a ls6 intake and bigger tb or a cam swap??

i would appericate any help

an ls6 intake AND ported throttle body are almost mandatory to get the most out of a cam swap

depending on the cam the cam swap can give far bigger gains than LS6 and ported TB. That being said you will get the most out of the cam with the LS6 and ported TB.

Cam install is going to be a bigger job than an intake swap though. (Unless there is a way out there to get the CAM in without pullin the motor) IMO, i would do it all at once. The only problem i had is,,, it snowballs. I ended up wanting to start off with headers and did all of the mods below!

A cam swap with springs, rods, and tune will cost you the same as the intake, tb and install. But like everyone said, you will get the most out of your cam after you let it breathe. IMO H/C should the last thing done after all supporting bolt ons are on the car.
