Holy ****.

"Do NOT.... push..... the little silver button...."

I did the same thing to my dads old *** deer lease jeep. Turning the key stopped working so we were farting around under the hood and I say what's this wire for? (random wire under the hood).

Dad tells me it's from an old set of fog lights, switch is on the dash. I flip the switch, drag it across the -terminal on the batter, arcs like hell. Hey it's hot!

I strip it with a pocket knife, wrap it around the starter solenoid, I'm to drunk to work a pair of crimpers at this point.

Now you have to turn the key on, reach over, and flip this damn haggard *** toggle switch, it turns over untill it starts, then you flip the switch off. It kinda turned into a theft deterrent also.

My problum is with the ****** on this site, I knew alomost from the jump that this thread was going to get flamed with ricer **** or you should do it this way... I did not want a fuking opinion I wanted to know how to wire a starter straight to the battery with a start button... Instead I get opinions and bullshit like this is a ******* day time soap... but whatever the ******* button is in and works just ******* great end of story.
