how loud will it be?

how loud will it be? I live in the dumb state of CA so long tubes are not in my future. anyway I am going to install an ORY thats bolts right to the back of the headers (its an 01 so there not to bad) and gets rid of the cats. its 3" and mandrule bent, anyway will this make my car louder? I have a spintech muffler with 4" tips.
You don't want to fail emissions with long tubes, but you're putting an ORY on there? What's the deal with that? 
However yes it will increase sound substantially #1, because of the mandrel bends and the larger size of the pipeing and #2, because there are no cats to quiet it.

It will be louder, that is for sure. I haven't heard that particular setup though, with or w/o a cam. It shouldn't be too obnoxiously loud, though. Granted I don't think MY setup is too obnoxiously loud. The cops have disagreed though...
