Electric cut out install

i plan in purchasing a DMH electric cut out after christmas and was wondering where exactly it will be welded on. i have a TSP catted y so i know it will be somewhere after the cats.

Most people put their cutout under the pass. side impression.

if you get under the car you will see a nice spot under the rear pass seat. i put mine there and ran the wires through a gromet uinder the seat up to the console.

I was just wondering...

I hear most people put theirs under the rear passenger seat.....

But I am buying SLP LM and i was wondering if the cutout will still fit into the impression spot with the resonator pipe being in about the same spot??

If so, where should i put the cutout...
