Hey what is the recomended spark plug gap on a 02 Z28 Mostly stock???

Any one?

What spark plugs?? I have NKG tr-55's and everybody said .55 for the gap

Thats what I have too. And it seemed the car was running really ruff with them at that gap, so I brought it down to about 42-43. Now it is running like real crap. it has a dead miss in one cylinder. not sure witch one yet. But it is back firing and sputtering. Really bad. So I wonder if I might have fucked them up...

you might want to look beyond your plugs and at your coils or plugs......that stock gap you were running them at is the correct gap unless your running NX

I found the problem!!! It was a bad coil on the Passenger side. Thanks for your guys input

From what I understand if you have the TR55'S you can run .055, But my self I think that is a bit to much so I have them at 42-43. I know I read on here before that people say not to be over .060. Correct me if I am wrong guys.... But thats what I remeber reading

Stock is .060, most people run .050-.055 in the TR-55's.

I'm fairly sure that's the gap that 90% go with. Search TR-6 in here and the nitrous forum and you'll have your answer.
